Four locals make All-State.

Four local baseball players earned All-State recognition Wednesday.
In Class A Sayre's Nick Skerpon and Sullivan County's Kelby Mullen and Barry Heinrich earned First Team honors from the 2013 PHSBCA.
Skerpon was one of the top players in the NTL this season while Mullen and Heinrich helped key a resurgence of Griffin baseball.
In Class AA Wellsboro's Matt Reese also earned First Team honors.
Reese helped the Green Hornets to a successful baseball season with both his bat and glove.
