Notre Dame baseball tops Edison.

Parker May threw an eight-inning complete game to lead Notre Dame to a big 5-2 win over Edison on Tuesday.

With the win the Crusaders are a victory today over Spencer Van-Etten from clinching no worse than a tie for the IAC division title.

Edison still has four league games remaining.

May struck out eight, walked three and allowed six hits and two unearned runs in the win.

"Parker May pitched great," Notre Dame coach Bill Hopkins said. "His location was great. Anytime a high school kid can get an eight-inning complete game it's special. Maybe I'm crazy for letting him go that long, but he felt strong and he won't pitch again this week.

"That's two consecutive complete games for him and that's pretty impressive for any high school kid."

Sam Bruner scored a run and Hunter Thomas had a double and scored three times.

May had a hit and two RBI and Cameron Reid had a hit and an RBI.

Joe Prunier had a hit and Derek Marshall scored a run, while Matt LaBadie had a hit.

Notre Dame is at Spencer today.

Waverly 15, Watkins Glen 6

WAVERLY, N.Y. - Alex Uhl threw six innings of two-hit ball, striking out eight and Kyle Kinsley pitched the final inning for Waverly.

Dylan Perry had two hits, with a double, three runs and three RBI for Waverly and Colton Miller had two hits, while Alex Uhl had two hits, with a double, and scored a run.

Tim Sutton had a double and scored two runs.

Kinsley had a 4-for-5 day with a double, four RBI and a run scored.

Peyton Miller scored a run and Collin Traub had two hits, an RBI and three runs scored.

Brendyn Stillman had a hit, an RBI and three runs and Zach Saxon had two hits and two RBI, while Mike Girolamo scored a run.

Sayre 13, Williamson 3

SAYRE - Sayre scored nine runs in the third inning to pick up the win on Tuesday.

Jacob Wheeler had a hit and scored a run and John Esposito had a hit and scored a run.

Cuyler Kochin had a hit and two runs, Matt Williams had three hits, a double and three runs and Marshall Felt scored two runs for Sayre.

J.P. Harbst had a hit and scored a run and Derrick Keir, Nick Hall and Jay Green all scored runs.

Jon Daley had a stolen base and scored a run and Matt Learn had a hit and scored a run for Williamson. Kyle Colegrove scored two runs and Anthony Bastian and Dalton Confer had hits, while Jake Rice had a double.

Learn started for Williamson and Felt started for Sayre.

Wellsboro 9, Troy 8

The Green Hornets got seven runs in the first three innings to pick up the victory.

Dawson Prough had three hits and scored three runs and Brian Doty, Nick Tremper and Joe Allen all had a double and two RBI.

Brandon Owlett had a hit and scored a run and Dylan Prough had a hit and scored two runs.

Nick Levindoski had two hits and a run and Cody DeHaas had a hit for Wellsboro.

Brandon Mattocks had two hits, a double and two RBI for Troy and Kyle Schucker had two doubles.

Dane Smith and Kyle Jackson each had doubles and Jarrod Mattocks scored two runs, while Mitchell Morse had a hit.

Morse, Jackson and Ethan Calkins pitched for Troy, striking out seven and walking six. Owlett struck out nine for Wellsboro.

Canton 15, NEB 4

The Warriors scored 11 runs in the fourth and fifth innings of the win.

Trevor Route had two hits and scored a run and Chase Pepper had three hits, three runs, a double, a stolen base and an RBI.

Garrett Wesneski had two hits, four runs, two steals and an RBI and Connor Route had a 3-for-3 day with two runs and four RBI.

Tanner Machmer had a hit and scored a run and John Bowman had two hits, a run scored and three RBI, while Chase Dapp had a hit and scored a run.

Tyler Cole pitched four innings, striking out three and Mason Martell struck out three in one inning for Canton.

Garrett Smith had two hits, a double, a run and an RBI for NEB and Tyler Emick had a double and an RBI.

Nik Geiser was 2-for-2 with a run and Jeremiah Harvey had a hit and an RBI.

Nate Watkins, Nate Chilson, Harvey and Adam Ford pitched for NEB, striking out four.

NEB hosts Towanda at 4 p.m. today.
