CANTON - It took extra innings but Athens was able to hold on for a 5-2 win over Canton in eight innings during NTL baseball action Wednesday.

WYALUSING - A single run was the difference on Friday night as the Wyalusing Rams won a pitchers' duel against the Troy Trojans, 1-0.

It was a slugfest that came down to the final outs on Thursday afternoon.

The Troy Trojans stayed unbeaten on the season with an 11-3 win over Mansfield on Wednesday.
