Wellsboro baseball falls to Coudersport.

Nate Sweet had an inside-the-park home run as the Sayre Redskins picked up a 12-2 win over Northeast Bradford in NTL baseball action.

John Esposito threw a four-hitter for Sayre, striking out five.

Sam Wheeler had a hit, an RBI and two runs scored and Sweet had the home run, two RBI and two runs scored.

Matt Williams had three hits, with a double, and scored two runs and Connor Hanafin had a double, an RBI and three runs scored.

Esposito had two hits, three RBI and a run scored and Jordan Rockwell had a hit, an RBI and a run scored.

James Esposito had a hit and two RBI, Chris Ray score a run and Colby Sindoni and Gavin Lundy-McCutcheon had RBI.

Tyler Emick had two hits, with a double, and a run scored for NEB and Nik Geiser scored a run.

Derrick Newman had a hit and an RBI and Roland Phytila had a hit.

Joby Leiser, Tyler Devonshire, Nate Chilson, Newman and Grant Allis threw for NEB.

The Redskins, the NTL Division II champions, and the Panthers both have their regular season complete and will head into district play.

Coudersport 12, Wellsboro 2

Despite matching them in hits the Hornets weren't able to get on the scoreboard.

Dawson Prough went 2-for-2 while Dalton Prough, Joe Allen and Cam Tennis also had hits.

Allen scored the loss, striking out two while allowing five walks.

The game was a completion of a suspended game from earlier in the year.

Wellsboro will now move on to district play next week.

Milton 9, Wyalusing 1

The Rams got two hits from Riley God in the loss.

God scored a run and Scott Eberlin had a hit.

Brandon Brown had a hit and an RBI and Matt McClelland had his first varsity hit.

Eberlin, Mike Wilcox and God struck out four between them.

Hunter Snyder had two hits, with a double, and four RBI to lead Milton.

Montoursville 13, Mansfield 4

Montoursville scored four runs in the first on their way to the win. It was 6-2 after four innings and Montoursville added five more in the fifth to pull away.

Brendan Hill had a hit for Mansfield and Kipp Hillson had two hits, with a double, and three RBI.

Eli Compton scored a run and Levi Adams had a double.

Derrick Herbst scored a run and Dewey Wise and Joel Whitteker each had two hits and scored a run.

Logan Adams, Herbst, Levi Adams, Carl Dinger, Hillson and Dylan Meyer all pitched for the Tigers, striking out two.
